Qantas removed (26-Jun-2019) the AUD99 (USD69) change fee for return bookings made through its discounted fares programme, effective 27-Jun-2019. Qantas Domestic CEO Andrew David stated: "There are some fundamental realities about the costs of operating regional services that we can't change, but we'll continue to listen and respond to community feedback".
