Qantas offers alternative arrangements for passengers affected by incidents in Sri Lanka

Qantas reported (23-Apr-2019) it will provide alternate arrangements for passengers affected by incidents in Sri Lanka. The carrier will permit passengers with valid tickets who have not commenced their journey to a full refund. Qantas will also permit passengers to reroute using any alternate QF flight number, retain the value of the ticket in the form of a credit for the next 12 months or rebook the ticket with the fare difference payable by the passenger.
