Qantas Group suspended (19-Mar-2020) all international operations from the end of Mar-2020 until May-2020, but the carrier is in ongoing negotiations with Australia's Government about the continuation of selected strategic links. Jetstar Asia will suspend all operations from 23-Mar-2020 to at least 15-Apr-2020. Jetstar Japan suspended international services and reduced domestic operations. Jetstar Pacific suspended international services and will significantly reduce domestic operations. The group will operate scheduled international operations until the end of Mar-2020 to assist with repatriation of passengers. More than 150 aircraft will be temporarily grounded, including all of Qantas' A380s, Boeing 747s and 787-9s, as well as Jetstar's 787-8s.
