Qantas and Emirates welcome ACCC draft determination to re-authorise partnership

    Qantas and Emirates welcomed (16-Feb-2018) a draft determination from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) proposing to re-authorise their partnership for another five years. The carriers announced a continuation of the joint business relationship in Aug-2017. The parties stated the continued alliance will see them offer expanded services to better leverage each other’s networks, improving schedule choice, increasing frequent flyer benefits and continuing their commitment to developing world class products and travel experiences for customers.
