Premium Aerotec: Factory fire to affect 'virtually all Airbus models'

Premium Aerotec said a major fire at its factory in Augsburg on 28-Dec-2018 has left several million euros of damage and will likely affect the assembly of "virtually all Airbus models" (Deutsche Welle/Mercur, 28-Dec-2018). The plant produces the fuselages for around 600 aircraft p/a. Airbus said it would take several months until parts produced in Augsburg could be completed and added to aircraft.
