25 March, 2020

Pittsburgh International Airport, via its Blue Sky news service, reported (23-Mar-2020) it is working with airlines, such as American Airlines, to accommodate fleet parking at the airport. Some aircraft, such as an American Airlines A330, are already indefinitely parked at the airport. Airport staff are also considering closing off parts of the airport that are not currently in use due to the decrease in passenger traffic, including a closure of multiple shops and restaurants and the alternate security checkpoint.
