Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) spokesperson Abdullah Hafeez reported the airline aims to commence service to New York in May-2020, pending approval from the US TSA (Dawn/Pakistan Today/Daily Times, 22-Jan-2020). Mr Hafeez said PIA plans to commence the service with three times weekly before gradually increasing frequency.
