Philippine Airlines cancels services in Nov-2018 due to Manila Airport runway maintenance

Philippine Airlines cancelled (08-Nov-2018) select domestic and international services between 12-Nov-2018 and 23-Nov-2018 due to the closure of Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport's runway 13/31 from 00:00 to 05:00 for runway maintenance work.
