Philippine Airlines (PAL) reportedly said it intends to finalise the deal to sell a 9.5% stake to ANA Holdings during 1Q2019 (ATW/Travel Vision, 29-Jan-2019). ANA plans to have one representative on the PAL board. As previously reported by CAPA, ANA plans to invest USD95 million in PAL Holdings and acquire 9.5% of PAL's outstanding shares from Trustmark Holdings Corporation.
