Perth Airport: Both runways operational, but being managed while tunnelling progresses

Perth Airport, via its official Twitter account, stated (19-Sep-2018): "Both our runways are currently operational, however, runway usage is being managed, while tunnelling work for the Forrestfield-Airport Link progresses... Residents may notice temporary changes to flight paths". Airservices Australia, via its Twitter account, said (19-Sep-2018): "During the runway restrictions, residents may notice temporary changes to flight paths (either an increase or a decrease), depending on which runway is closed or restricted, however, the total number of flights arriving and departing from @PerthAirport will not change".
