Pegasus Airlines identifies technology as key investment area in 2018

Pegasus Airlines CEO Mehmet Nane announced (07-Mar-2018) technology is among the key investment areas for the carrier in 2018. Mr Nane said: "We aim to be ranked among the top 10 airlines globally with regard to technology use". In 2018, Pegasus Airlines plans to invest in digitisation for cabin crew and ground staff, to ensure the teams perform work more easily and achieve maximum efficiency. The carrier is also preparing to restructure its systems and optimise all points of contact, including the official website, mobile sales channels, agency screens and screens at check-in desks.
