Parana's Government is considering reducing fuel taxes in order to increase competition following Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro states' reduction (Gazeta do Povo, 06-Mar-2019). Parana charges 18% fuel tax, while Sao Paulo reduced its tax to 12%.
