Osaka offering free two day subway and bus pass to foreign tourists

Osaka Convention & Tourism Bureau launched a free two day local subway and bus pass to foreign visitors who have been unable to return home as scheduled due to the typhoon-caused shutdown of the airport (Kyodo, 06-Sep-2018). Any tourist from overseas with a return date through 12-Sep-2018 can get an Osaka Amazing Pass valid for two consecutive days if they show their passport and ticket at either of two tourist information centres in the western Japan city.
