Norwegian CEO Geir Karlsen urged the aviation industry to replace "flygskam" with "flight knowledge" and provide passengers with information on which to base choices (check-in.dk, 01-Jan-2020). Mr Karlsen reported information on airlines and airline fleet, aircraft layout and routing, make a difference in climate impact. Mr Karlsen said climate change is too large an issue to allow passengers to base travel on marketing, and requires information on choices when booking tickets.
