Norwegian confirmed (23-Jan-2020) amendments to its luggage policy. The carrier will charge passengers for carry on luggage which does not fit under the front seat on its LowFare, and will increase check in baggage allowances from 20kg to 23kg on LowFare+, Flex and Premium fares.
