Norwegian CEO: 'We don’t have the financial muscle to get through the winter'

Norwegian CEO Jacob Schram said "we don't have the financial muscle to get through the winter" in 2020/2021 given "such a bad summer as we've had this year" (Dagens Næringsliv, 11-Sep-2020). He said it is "obvious" the Norwegian Government is an "important part of the solution, but not the only one", adding that the airline will meet with the Ministry of Trade and Industry in the coming weeks after developing its restructuring plan.
