- Los Angeles International Airport;
- Madrid Barajas Airport;
- New York JFK International Airport;
- New York Newark Liberty International Airport;
- Oakland International Airport;
- Oslo Airport;
- Paris CDG Airport;
- Seattle-Tacoma Airport;
- Stockholm Arlanda Airport.
The decision applies to bookings made after 21-Dec-2018.
