Nigeria's Government reportedly reduced the amount of airline revenue trapped in the country due to a lack of foreign currency from USD600 million to USD30 million (New Telegraph, 22-Jan-2018). Central Bank of Nigeria released USD425 million to airlines in Aug-2017 and another USD145 million between Aug-2017 and Jan-2018.
