New Zealand Government legislation passed for visitor levy

New Zealand Government passed (01-Jun-2019) legislation to allow collection of the International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy, effective 01-Jul-2019. The levy will be collected through the immigration system and is expected to raise NZD450 million (USD294 million) over five years.
