VFS Global, via its official Facebook account, confirmed (23-Nov-2017) that it would be mandatory for Australian visa applicants to book an appointment for submission of their visa applications or enrolment of biometrics at the Australia Visa Application Centre in their respective country of residence from Nov-2017.
