Munich Airport to launch 'LabCampus' technology and innovation centre

Munich Airport announced (08-Mar-2018) plans to launch development of its 'LabCampus' technology and innovation centre within the airport precinct. LabCampus aims to provide an assembly point for business and technology industries in aerospace, digitalisation, energy and mobility sectors, with partners including Siemens, Design Offices and research institutes Fraunhofer Institute, Friedrich Alexander Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg and Technical University of Munich's UnternehmerTUM. Munich Airport's Information Security Hub launched in Jan-2018 is also integrated into the centre.
