Melbourne Airport confirms Malindo Air to commence Bali-Melbourne service in Jun-2018

Melbourne Tullamarine Airport confirmed (11-Apr-2018) Malindo Air plans to commence daily Bali-Melbourne service in Jun-2018. The service will add 118,260 seats p/a in each direction. Melbourne Airport chief of aviation Simon Gandy said: "Since the 2014 financial year Indonesia has been one of the top three international destinations for Victorian holidaymakers and demand to visit Bali has proven to be strong and resilient over time". As previously reported by CAPA, Malindo Air is scheduled to commence Kuala Lumpur-Denpasar-Melbourne service with Boeing 737-900ER equipment on 07-Jun-2018. [more - original PR]
