Malaysia Govt looking 'at all proposals' coming in for potential sale of Malaysia Airlines

Malaysia's Economic Affairs Minister Mohamed Azmin Ali, commenting on the potential sale of Malaysia Airlines, stated: "We are looking at all proposals that come in to ensure that [Khazanah Nasional] will not be burdened to inject more capital into Malaysia Airlines" (Free Malaysia Today, 15-Oct-2019). As previously reported by CAPA, Khazanah Nasional reported it received over 20 proposals from "A combination of fund managers, global and regional airlines as well as investors" and expects to finalise a strategic partner for Malaysia Airlines by the end of 2020.
