Lufthansa Group considering dynamic pricing in Miles & More programme

    Lufthansa Group VP sales Americas Frank Naeve reported the group plans to adjust its Miles & More FFP to a dynamic pricing model to price seats based on demand rather than tiered booking (Forbes, 22-May-2019). He noted the decision will “reflect the demand situation on a given flight”. As previously reported by CAPA, Star Alliance partner United Airlines also plans to introduce dynamic pricing to seats bought with frequent flyer miles from 15-Nov-2019.
