Lufthansa Group CEO: Every new aircraft reduces CO2 emissions per pax by 25%

Lufthansa Group chairman and CEO Carsten Spohr argued fleet modernisation is the most important factor in reducing CO2 emissions in aviation (Reise vor 9, 03-Sep-2019). He said every new aircraft the group puts into service reduces CO2 emissions per passenger by 25%.
