LOT one of three parties interested in Condor takeover: report

Condor Flugdienst reportedly received takeover interest from three parties, including LOT Polish Airlines, US financial investor Apollo and Greybull (WirtschaftsWoche/Der Spiegel, 16-Jan-2020). As previously reported by CAPA, Condor is currently under a protective shielding procedure, with the German government's EUR380 million bridging loan to expire in spring 2020.
