CAPA: LATAM's exit in Argentina was to be the 'prime opportunity' for LCCs, but uncertainty prevails

CAPA - Centre for Aviation, in a report entitled: 'Argentina's government continues to generate uncertainty for LCCs', stated (18-Aug-2020) the exit of a large operator in a growing domestic market such as LATAM Airlines Argentina in Argentina, would be viewed as a prime opportunity for start-ups attempting to grow. However, private airlines in Argentina continue to face increasing levels of uncertainty about how they will conduct business when the country finally resumes commercial flights.
