LATAM: When the Supreme Court rejected the JBA with AA 'alarm bells rang'

LATAM Airlines Group chairman Ignacio Cueto commented on the carrier's strategic partnership with Delta Air Lines, stating: "When we lost in the Supreme Court [the JBA proposal with IAG and American Airlines], alarm bells rang and we decided to seek real options" (La Tercera, 27-Sep-2019). Mr Cueto added that the process with IAG continues and plans to maintain its partnership with Qantas Airways.
