LATAM Airlines plans to remove free seat selection on international its Promo and Light fares effective 13-Feb-2019 (Aeroflap, 11-Feb-2019). US, Europe and Asia services will incur between USD15 and USD20 for seat selection. Brazil to Latin America services will incur between USD6 and USD8 for seat selection.
