Kyrgyzstan's Parliament approved bill on implementation of open skies agreement at third reading

Kyrgyzstan's Jogorku Kenesh Supreme Council Committee for transport, communication, architecture and construction approved a draft bill on amendments relating to the implementation of an open skies agreement in the third reading (Tazabek, 04-Dec-2018). The draft bill is aimed at developing civil aviation, increasing passenger and cargo traffic and improving affordability of services by implementing an open skies agreement and fifth freedom rights, as previously reported by CAPA.
