KfW IPEX-Bank finances two 787 aircraft for Air New Zealand

KfW IPEX-Bank stated (22-Dec-2017) a consortium comprising Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and KfW IPEX-Bank is financing two Boeing 787-9 aircraft for Air New Zealand. Each of both is financing half of the total sum, which will be provided in Japanese yen. Both 787s will be equipped with Rolls-Royce engines. 52% of Air New Zealand is owned by the New Zealand government. [more - original PR]
