Juneyao Air to operate Shanghai-Helsinki-Manchester service in 2020, first fifth freedom service

Juneyao Air, via its official Weibo account, announced (20-Nov-2019) plans to extend Shanghai Pudong-Helsinki service to Manchester, operating three times weekly, effective Mar-2020. The airline will operate Shanghai-Helsinki-Manchester service with two class Boeing 787-9 aircraft. The route will be the carrier's first fifth freedom service and the only direct service from a UK city outside London to Shanghai.
