Jetstar confirmed it will introduce a revised schedule at Melbourne Avalon Airport in Mar-2018 (Geelong Advertiser, 18-Jan-2018). Hobart service will be eliminated from 24-Mar-2018, while Sydney capacity will be raised by three weekly frequencies and Adelaide will increase from three to four times weekly. The carrier's operations to the Gold Coast from Melbourne Avalon will remain unchanged.
