Jetstar Japan CEO sees room for more LCC growth in Japan

Jetstar Japan CEO Masaru Kataoka noted there is still room for LCC growth in Japan (Aviation Wire, 14-May-2019). He said that with the extension of Tokyo Narita Airport's operations by one hour from winter 2019, the carrier "can set up a flexible schedule". He also believes Jetstar Japan can maintain its leading position in Japan's domestic LCC market even after the merger of Peach and Vanilla Air.
