Jetstar Asia plans to suspend daily Singapore-Hong Kong service from 28-Mar-2020 (Routes Online, 29-Jan-2020). The carrier stated the decision is in response to "ongoing falling demand and the need to ensure we maintain the highest productivity of our fleet" (Channel News Asia, 29-Jan-2020). It added plans to redeploy aircraft to growth markets where there is strong demand such as Yangon, Clark, Manila and Osaka.
