JetSMART focuses on developing an untapped clientele market

    Amadeus, commenting on JetSMART‘s business model and target group, stated (09-Apr-2018) “100% of its traffic has come from” people previously using other methods of transportation such as buses or cars. JetSMART CEO Estuardo Ortiz stated the carrier does not focus on stealing passengers from other carriers, but from developing an untapped market.
