JetBlue Airways recommends govt 'step in and handle' safety standards related to COVID-19

JetBlue Airways president and chief operating officer Joanna Geraghty said the carrier is recommending the government "step in and handle" safety standards related to the coronavirus (CNN, 08-May-2020). "There needs to be a global industry solution for this", she stated, adding: "Different standards for different airlines is going to be challenging for the travelling public".
