JetBlue Airways 'not ready to say anything' regarding services to Europe: CEO

30 January, 2019

JetBlue Airways CEO Robin Hayes said if the airline were to operate trans Atlantic services, it would be looking to offer a "very strong" premium offering at a "much lower fare" than passengers are paying (Seeking Alpha, 24-Jan-2019). He noted trans Atlantic services would "still remain a relatively small part of our overall ASM and cost structure". Mr Hayes said there are other issues to work through regarding any decision to fly to Europe, adding he is "not ready to say anything now".
