JetBlue Airways manages COVID-19 situation 'one flight at a time'

JetBlue Airways CEO Robin Hayes said the carrier is able to be "incredibly nimble" in the COVID-19 environment because of its size (Bloomberg, 13-Aug-2020). As an example, Mr Hayes stated: "We look at every single flight three or four days before departure, to make sure it's going to be cash positive. And if it isn't, we will usually cancel that flight". He said the carrier is "managing this one flight at a time".
