JetBlue Airways does not expect to launch London service until later in 2021

20 August, 2020

JetBlue Airways CEO Robin Hayes said the carrier's launch of service to London will be "later in 2021 than we originally thought" (Bloomberg, 14-Aug-2020). He said he believes leisure demand between the US and Europe will recover sometime in 2021, noting passengers have been "putting off" trips and may find "flying on a smaller airplane with less people" to be a benefit. JetBlue intends to operate this service with A321LRs.
