JetBlue Airways customer surveys show focus on health and safety: COO

JetBlue Airways president and COO Joanna Geraghty said the carrier's customer survey results are showing "a fairly consistent response across customers in regard to what will get them flying again" (Simple Flying, 17-Jun-2020). She noted the results of these surveys are "really focused around all the safety measures and the health measures we're doing right now", adding: "I think aircraft cleanliness and clean air - those are some of the things that customers will say actually matters".
