Jet Airways reportedly appointed McKinsey & Company to consult on the development and implementation of cost reduction measures (Economic Times/Money Control, 01-Nov-2018). A spokesperson for the airline stated: "As communicated earlier, Jet Airways is already engaged in implementing the various elements of its turnaround strategy. Such initiatives typically require inputs from external advisers/specialised consultants".
