JD Power: Detroit Metropolitan Airport ranked highest North American airport for pax satisfaction

JD Power released (25-Sep-2019) its North America Airport Satisfaction Study, which revealed Detroit Metropolitan Airport ranked highest in passenger satisfaction among mega airports with a score of 786. Minneapolis St Paul International Airport ranked second with a score of 779, followed by Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (777) and Orlando International Airport (777).
