Jazeera Airways chairman: 2018 to be ‘no less transformational’ than 2017

    Jazeera Airways chairman Marwan Boodai said (09-Feb-2018) 2017 was “a transformational year for customer experience enhancements” and added: “2018 will be no less transformational”. In 2017, the airline introduced a new brand across all customer touchpoints invested in its digital platform to improve revenue management and customer experience and rolled out new aircraft interiors. The airline’s dedicated terminal at Kuwait International Airport will be launched in 1Q2018 to coincide with network expansion. The carrier commenced Kochi and Ahmedabad services in Jan-2018 and will add another three destinations in 1H2018, including Lahore and Tbilisi.
