Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLITT) plans to increase pilots' type rating limit from one aircraft type to two aircraft types (Yomiuri, 16-Feb-2019). Eligible aircraft types are Boeing 777s and 787s, which are both operated by Japan Airlines and All Nippon Airways.
