İGA Havalimani Isletmesi AS, via its official Twitter account, reported (23-Dec-2019) Istanbul Airport handled its 50 millionth passenger since it commenced operations. As previously reported by CAPA, full operations commenced on 07-Apr-2019, with the airport expected to increase capacity to around 200 million passengers p/a once fully operational in 2028.
