IATA, via its official Twitter account, announced (21-Feb-2018) Doha Hamad International Airport and Qatar Airways successfully completed the electronic bag tag readability tests. Doha Airport is the first airport in Middle East and North Africa region confirmed ready to accept the tags, IATA said.
