Hyundai Development Company (HDC) plans to raise KRW400 billion won (USD344 million) by issuing new shares to help finance its acquisition of Asiana Airlines (Yonhap, 10-Jan-2020). HDC plans to issue 21.97 million shares priced at around KRW18,550 (USD16) per share.
