Hong Kong SAR's Chief Executive Carrie Lam stated that authorities in Hong Kong, Macau and Guangdong will finalise a plan within the month to allow residents in the three regions to commute without undergoing quarantine (The Standard/Ta Kung Pao, 11-May-2020).
