Hong Kong Airlines appointed former director and current HK Express chairman Zhang Guosong as chairman (South China Morning Post/Reuters, 16-Apr-2019). Mr Zhang holds a 27% stake in the airline, while Frontier Investment Partner holds 34% and HNA Group holds 29%.
